Yes, motostorm.it is a legit website. It is not fake. I ordered Givi racks and hard panniers from this Italian motorcycle accessory dealer and am impressed with their service and price. I was, also, impressed with shipping to the United States.
Will Motostorm ship to the USA?
I made two orders — two weeks apart. Both orders were shipped from Italy to near Chicago, Illinois.
Total shipping costs were $71.61 for two massive boxes.
The first box contained GIVI racks — Plo1179cam and 1179FZ — for my 2023 Africa Twin. The box this came in was huge. Shipping was $35.20
The side racks were bubble wrapped and undamaged. UPS shipped them to my house.
The second box contained the GIVI Trekker Outback panniers.
These were packed in the original GIVI boxes. They arrived in perfect shape. The box did not look too tattered. Fedex shipped them to my house. Shipping was $36.41.
Motostorm tracking
Fedex and UPS shipped my packages. Both offered tracking and was updated daily.
Motostorm coupon code in 2023
I made two orders because I wanted to use a motostorm coupon code, which came with an order from them.
They offered a 20 Euros discount voucher for orders over 200 Euros.
Splitting the order allowed me to save a few bucks off the hard bags.
Speaking of price
The GIVI rack and bags were cheaper from motostorm.it.
And, this was the only motorcycle shop that had these products in stock.
Motostorm customer service
Although I did not need to contact customer service, they do have a phone number — 39 0541 857848 — and email — info@motostorm.it — listed on their site.
I knew there was a risk element in buying from overseas, but I knew exactly what I wanted and double-checked the numbers before order to alleviate any mistakes.
They list free returns for certain countries, but USA is not one of them.
If you are in the United States and are buying from them, return shipping is on you. It is important to know what you are buying. That can’t be stressed enough if return shipping is not free in your country.
